Select the Products / Services option from the dashboard on the left.
Now click on “+Add New Item,” present at the top right corner of the screen.
A new form appears. Here, Select the Type as either product or service and fill in the basic details like Name, selling price, and tax percentage.
Now, switch on the toggle bar “Serial Number/IMEI” present below “Manage Inventor Using”
(You can also add units of measurement.)
Note: Your inventory is managed using the selected option of either serial number/IMEI or batch, and it cannot be changed once updated.
Fill in other required information about the product, such as HSN / SAC Code, purchase price, category, etc.
(If applicable, you can also add opening stock details, discount percentage, Cess percentage, etc.)
Note: You can also add an image and barcode to the product and add or edit the details later.
Now, click on the “Add Item" button at the top right corner of the screen to add the product.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a product to your product list. A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen informing the same.
Now, click on the drop-down menu present at the end of the invoice column and select “batches” from the drop-down menu.
A new form appears. Here, click on the “+Add New” option present at the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the Serial/IMEI numbers according to your requirements.
Now, click on the “Save” option present at the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully added Serial/IMEI numbers to your products. A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen informing the same.
From now on, you can manage your inventory or use the products with the Serial/IMEI number in the invoice whenever you create a new transaction.
