Meet Swadhin, a fitness influencer turns entrepreneur during COVID & grew his business 5x!

If yes, then this inspirational story of Swadhin is for you. We were locked in our homes during the pandemic, and when everyone else was pointing out health issues, Swadhin had a different approach. He started chasing solutions to be more healthy. 

He started working on his physical wellness. He studied books on fitness, did his research on health, made exercise plans, executed them, and finally succeeded. But in this whole transformation process, he found out that it would be hard without a mentor; there are mistakes that can be avoided by people who are starting out on their fitness journey, and that's when he had a vision of helping people who are starting out like him and that vision of Swadhin gave birth to Evolv Fit. 

He started Evolv Fit with the vision of making India fitter. Evolv Fit was like an online fitness coaching platform to connect Swadhin with his clients but later he understood that to create an impact that transforms, he needed to connect coaches across the country. 

Then Swadhin started to transform his product from connecting him to his clients to connecting fitness coaches across the country with their clients. Currently, Evolv Fit is like an online marketplace that helps coaches connect with their clients. 

At a time when all the fitness companies were dying out and not making any profits. Evolv Fit had to face a challenging question, do they even need software for fitness coaching because the problem with potential customers is not with the technology but with the motivation. 

Being a tech-based fitness startup led by a nontech solopreneur. Evolv Fit had its own set of challenges. The main challenge was building the technology, They were short of engineers to build the technology and had a lot of ideas for innovation in the product to gamify the experience of the customers to increase motivation and engagement. 

But this Phase didn't last long. Swadhin’s innovative efforts and consistency started paying off. He has now collaborated with a company that provides him with engineers to build his technology. His number of clients has increased 5x this year and he has even bigger plans to make India fit. He is now creating a funnel that helps coaches get potential leads that turn into long-term clients. 

As he shares about Evolv Fit, Swadhin said “Swipe made my life extremely stress-free, The beauty of the product was the simplicity; if I had to make invoices, it was very easy. Swipe reduced the time and effort for me and helped a lot in my business”.
