How to edit the document footer on the web

Step 1: Go to “Sales” and select “Invoices”.

Click on the “Document Settings” Option at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Edit the document footer.

Go to the “Document Footer” column under the “Additional Customizations” section and enter the document footer you would like to add to your invoices. 

(A document footer is present at the bottom of the invoice. By default, when you get the software, you will have Swipe as your document footer. Follow the same procedure to add the document footer of your choice)

Note: You can always add or edit the details later.

Step 3: Click on “Update Settings”.

Click on the “Update settings” option present at the top right corner of the screen.

Congratulations! You have successfully updated your document footer, and a pop up appears at the top of the screen informing the same.
