How to convert a quotation into a sale on the web

Step 1: Go to “Quotations” and select “Quotations”.

First, go to “Quotations” on the left-hand side of the dashboard. After clicking on “Quotations”, A drop-down menu appears.

Select “Quotations” from the drop-down menu. 

Step 2: Convert into a sales invoice.

Now, select or Search for the quotation you would like to convert into a sale and click on the drop-down menu at the end of the column.

Select the “Convert into Sale” option from the drop-down menu. 

Step 3: Click on “Save”.

An invoice form appears with the details of the products and customer. Here, Click on the “Save” option present at the bottom of the screen.

Congratulations! You have successfully converted a quotation into a sales invoice.
