Total loan sanctioned: ₹10,00,000.

Total government subsidy: ₹3,50,000.

Loan amount to be repaid: ₹6,50,000 + bank interest.

In effect, what this means is that you do not have to pay back ₹3.5 lakh, as it is being given to you by the government as capital assistance.

Who Can Apply for CMEGP

18–45 years of age for the general category.

18–50 years for reserved categories.

Minimum educational qualification: 8th standard pass.

Scrutiny at DIC: The District Industries Centre reviews your proposal, and they send it to the respective bank.
