How to convert a pro forma to a sale on the web

Step 1: Go to “Quotations” and select “Pro forma Invoices”.

First, go to “Quotations” on the left-hand side of the dashboard. After clicking on “Quotations”, A drop-down menu appears.

Select “Pro forma Invoices” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Convert into a sales invoice.

Now, select or Search for the Pro forma Invoice you would like to convert into a sale and click on the drop-down menu at the end of the invoice column.

Select the “Convert into Sale” option from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click on “Save”.

An invoice form appears with the details of the products and customer. Here, Review the details of the invoice and click on the “Save” option present at the bottom of the screen.
