Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Housing Scheme

Refund Policy

The DDA has set a stipulation where applicants who wish to withdraw an application after the allotment and seek a refund can do so, however a stipulated withdrawal limit applies:

1. No refund is given 15 days from the date of allocation letter.

2. On the 16th to 30th day, 10% of application fee shall be refunded.

3. From day 31 to day 90, 50% of application fee shall be refunded.

4. After 90 days, 100% of the application fee shall be refunded.
