Who Needs to File Form 10BD?

Form 10BD is required for a trust, institution or NGO approved under Section 80G when it receives donations covered by the reporting requirements.

The form has been applicable from FY 2021-2022 onwards.

One useful point is that if an organisation does not receive any donation during the financial year, Form 10BD is not required for that year.

The due date is 31 May immediately following the financial year.

Enter the donor and donation details. For many entries, use the Excel file and upload it as a CSV.

Step 5: Verify the Form

Check the details and verify the form.

After successful verification, the Form 10BD filing is complete.
